All our prices are inclusive of postage and there are no extras in the cost.

All vaccination books and breast feeding books, and The Mother Magazine are sold for charity and the sales money is donated to Vaccination Awareness Network UK, the organisation I set up in 1997 to assist parents with their concerns regarding immunisation.

The email address on your paypal statement will be info@vaccine-info.org, which is the email of Vaccine Awareness Network.

For other titles, the proceeds go to Novel Book Shop.

Alternatively, you may send a cheque to our address, payable to Joanna Karpasea Jones.

Please allow a week from processing your payment to delivery of your items.
Refunds are only available on goods which are returned as new.

We are available to answer queries on the telephone, but as this is a small cottage business run by a stay at home mum (who sometimes doesn't stay at home!), there will be times when we are out.

In that case, you are welcome to leave a message and someone will call you back ASAP.
